Alluvial gold washing plant offer a simple, efficient and economical solution for upgrading a wide range of materials and optimizing subsequent recycling process steps. Since gold is much denser than other minerals, gravity separation is mainly used.

Gold Mining Process:
1. Feeding: There are a variety of feeding methods, depending on plant and material conditions. Choose from vibratory hopper feeders, hoppers, industrial conveyor belts or direct feed from wheel loaders and excavators. Usually some screen bars are made on the feeder or hopper to remove large waste rocks.
2. Screening: After washing, some larger waste materials need to be sieved out, and the slurry under the sieve enters the next machine. This process can use a drum sieve.

3. Primary beneficiation: This process is crude gold beneficiation, which can use gold centrifugal concentrator or jig gold concentrator. Their concentrate will go to the final concentrator.

4. Final selection: The concentrate selected by the jig or centrifuge enters the shaker for final gold selection, and high-purity gold can be obtained.
Tailings recovery: Gold mines are often used to recover tailings from centrifuges. This way you can get more gold.
5. Refining: If some customers need very, very high-purity gold and need to smelt it into gold bars for sale, you can use a gold smelting furnace to smelt gold powder into gold bars.
